Useful Guidelines

For comfort in the class it is advisable to have only a light meal at least 2 hours before the class. Please wear loose clothing and be prepared to work in bare feet. It is not recommended for Yoga to be practiced in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Equipment

An exercise mat is essential, and a light blanket is useful. You might also find useful 2 blocks and a belt.
